As One Camp aims to provide an exciting and memorable experience of HKU’s hall culture to secondary school students from various background. It is a platform which provides an interactive environment for participants to release the intense pressure from the examinations and make new friends in order to enlarge their social circle. More importantly, the games and tasks organized will provoke them to start preparing themselves mentally for university school life, as well as thinking more about their own future. These all are beneficial and essential to their personal growth. 

On top of the above, it is an opportunity for participants to explore the meaning of ‘Hall Education’ and ‘Starr Hall’s culture’ through this invaluable experience. Hall Education has been an important component in HKU culture. Meanwhile, Starr Hall has the unique Hall Education and culture of its own characteristics. We hope that they can build up a deeper understanding towards HKU’s Hall Education, thus, share it with people outside HKU after joining this camp.
